Visitors at IPC

As a student at International People’s College the campus becomes your home and you might want to invite visitors to the school. We do everything we can to accommodate guests and both family and friends are welcome, but it is important that you follow these instructions when you invite visitors to International People’s College.

–      If you want to invite visitors, you have to book the visit in advance in the reception at the school.

–      It is only possible to invite overnight visitors from Thursday afternoon to Sunday 6 pm. It is not possible to invite visitors for the first two weeks of a term, since we want all students to engage with the people at campus in the beginning of a term.

–      You pay 250 DKK a night per person – the price includes all meals. If you have guests for a meal only the price is 50 – 75 DKK for the meal per person. It is not possible to negotiate the prices. You pay in the reception when you book the visit.

–      Overnight visitors will sleep on mattresses in your room. If you live in a double room your roommate has to agree with the visit and turn up in the reception to confirm. If you have parents or relatives visiting, we will try to find a room for them at the school if one is available, but we only have a few spare rooms.

It is very important that all visitors are registered in the reception. This is in accordance with the Danish safety laws – we need to know who is staying at International People’s College at all times. Please book visits in the reception well in advance.

Try not to invite too many visitors during your stay at International People’s College. You are only here for a short period of time – your former friends and family will be there when you return home.
