About IPC
IPC is an International Danish Folk High School. Students come from all over the world to live and study together. All classes and joint activities are conducted in English. We have approximately 100 students per term, mainly young adults in the 18-25 age range, from more than 30 different countries.
At IPC we wish to inspire students to act in the world – actively contributing to making the world more peaceful and sustainable. We celebrate diversity, invite for democratic consultation, cultivate empathy and social responsibility and promote equality and peaceful co-existence.
Teaching at IPC is based on the living word and living interaction. The educational practice, the pedagogically planned togetherness outside of class, the equal, informal relationship between teachers and students and the boarding school environment all helps to generate the atmosphere and the educational life distinctive of a Danish Folk High School.
