English is the most widespread language in the world. Wherever you go, whichever country you visit, you always find people speaking English. Whether you wish to broaden your horizons, boost your confidence, or find your way in today’s world – English is needed!

In this Folk High School Class -English Language 1, 2 or 3 – you become more confident about the use of English in everyday life by practising all language skills – reading, writing, listening and speaking. You improve your interaction and presentations skills and learn how to express your thoughts in English according to your level.

We work with sources of various kinds, aiming at the communicative approach to improve the ability of using English effectively in everyday life. Your own experiences, opinions, knowledge and beliefs are used as a basis for many of the activities practised in the Folk High School English Language Class.

N.b. It is also possible to join the Summer School: English Language, Danish Culture and Society for three weeks if your are interested in learning or improving your English Language and experiencing Denmark.
