This is a space for your personal development, your physical strength and resistance and health improvement. Every student has different limits so we do a collective workout with different individual intensity. The class should serve as a guide for your weekly workout, doing it twice a week will not be enough to see results. We will dedicate some time to also share our hopes, goals and personal challenges for the term.
