There is no ‘Typical’ Folk High School Day at International People’s College. Each is filled with a diverse array of activities, classes, workshops, sports and arts, great evening programs and special events!
When you study at our Folk High School in Denmark you live in a melting pot with students and teachers from all across the world. Structure is needed to guide us through the typical Folk High School day with regular eating hours, class schedule, etc. But aside from that you choose your own activities and what you want to participate in. You pick your own subjects and classes (read here), decide if you want to participate in a movie night, learn how to order sushi in Japanese (activity organized by students), join a yoga class or do something totally different. Some weekends are open for free activities and other weekends we do activities together. The possibilities are endless!
Below is a sample of the flow of the days at our Folk High School in Denmark.
NB! Please note that you will not have class 4 times a day. You will typically participate in 2-3 classes a day depending on the subjects you choose.
