How to get to IPC
From Copenhagen Airport and the Main Central Station there will be trains going to Helsingør. The trains run every 20 minutes so you will not have to wait for a long time if you should just miss a train.
Before you enter the train you must be in possession of a valid train ticket (the price is approximately 60 DKr). If you do not have any Danish currency, it is possible to exchange money both at the Airport and Main Central Station.
It takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Airport and around 55 minutes from the Main Central Station to reach Helsingør Station.

When you reach Helsingør (it is at the end of the line) go across the road from the Station and look for the sign for bus number 803 with the destination ”Vapnagård?(or ask for it, almost everybody in Denmark understands English). The bus will take you to a bus stop just before IPC. Ask the bus driver to stop at Den Internationale Højskole.
Remember that the ticket you bought for the train will also be valid on the bus.
A taxi fare from Helsingør Station to IPC is around 60 DKr.

When you arrive at IPC
If you arrive after 1 p.m. please go to entrance A and if it is before 1 p.m. please go to the office.
You will be welcomed by either the teachers or office staff and shown to your room after you have signed in. During the afternoon there will be Coffee / Tea and some small snacks in the Common Room. The first meal that will be served on the arrival date is Dinner at 6 p.m. After dinner there will be a formal introduction to IPC and your fellow students.
Please note it is not possible to arrive earlier due to other activities at the school.
